What if I cannot be there at the agreed upon delivery time or need to reschedule?

We have several options to accommodate you.  1) You can leave a cooler, and ice, large enough to hold your meals and we will leave your meals in the cooler.  It is important that you will be able to transfer your meals to your refrigerator as soon as possible to prevent any spoilage.  2) If you have a garage code and a refrigerator in your garage, we can leave your meals there.  3) We deliver residentially and commercially, so we can deliver to your workplace.  This is the preferred option for many clients because they are busy on Sundays and know they’ll be at work all day on Mondays.  We do recommend that you use a cooler to transfer your meals home.  4) We can coordinate a new delivery time; however, an additional fee may be assessed.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most Metro Atlanta cities.  Please send us your address and we will let you know if you are within our range.  We can deliver outside of our range, but an additional fee will be assessed.

Can I pick up my meals?

Our commercial production kitchen is not open to the public.  We can also deliver to your workplace, if a residential delivery does not work for you.

How many meals do I need to buy?

Our minimum order is $65.  You can add on any amount of additional meals at a prorated cost.

How many people can one meal feed?

The meals are designed to be 1 adult serving; however, from extensive client feedback, we have discovered that several clients can get 2-3 servings out of each meal.  They split the meals with their spouses, roommates and/or children or eat the leftovers for lunch.  So, it really depends on your appetite and needs.

How big is each meal?

As a guideline, for both menus, we serve 6-8 ounces of protein, 3-4 ounces of carbohydrate, and 3-4 ounces of vegetable.

Do individual meal portions vary?

Yes.  Rather than adjusting our prices, we may adjust our meal sizes in relation to market prices…but we still stay within use our guideline to provide wholesome and balanced meals.

How many calories are in each meal?

If you prefer to track your calories, we recommend the Nutritional Friendly options.  They are simply seasoned and cooked in little or no oil.  This allows you to plug in each meal’s components to your calorie counter and determine your amounts.  These meals are preferred by fitness enthusiasts, bodybuilders, and clients with weight gain/loss goals.

What if I have an allergy or nutritional requirement?

It is crucial that you inform us of any allergy or nutritional requirement.  We can cater to most allergy and nutritional requirements, but an additional fee may be assessed.

Should I tip the driver?

No. Everything is included in your checkout price.
